I started my career in a national denim retailer — where I learned how the right buy could turn browsers into purchasers. Over the years, I worked my way up to VP of Merchandise, Planning and Product Development for major Canadian brands — leading teams, managing the buys and building assortments that looked cohesive across hundreds of stores.
But after years of high-pressure travel and corporate hustle, I craved more meaning. When Covid hit, I realized what I loved most wasn't boardrooms or budgets — it was mentoring. Helping others see the story in their numbers and find clarity in the chaos.
Now I teach independent boutique owners how to simplify their buying, strengthen their cash flow, and fall back in love with their business.
